The luxurious stay included remarkable USDA prime-aged steaks at one of the many diverse restaurants, along with exceptional service from staff, particularly from Marilyn, who went above and beyond to arrange transport for us. However, the spa packages could use clearer information about included enhancements, and the pools were too cold due to weather conditions during our visit, which detracted from relaxation options. Despite these issues, the overall ambiance and entertainment, especially on New Year’s Eve, created a memorable experience.

The breakfast was delightful with fresh fruits every morning, and we were just a short walk away from beautiful Cuvu Beach where we enjoyed sunny afternoons. the staff were genuinely friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our three-night family stay. the hotel is perfect for families who want to explore and unwind by the beach in a vibrant yet relaxing atmosphere but the cleanliness of some shared areas could use a bit more attention.

Just a solid selection for a transient stop in Voua with great value for the money. The kids loved the fun inflatable Water Park in the lagoon! Make sure to grab breakfast early to take advantage of the free meals for kids.

The stunning ocean view from our room was a highlight, while the unexpected high hold on our credit card was a letdown.

The Yanuca Lagoon Deluxe King Room was super comfy! Loved the location near the pool, perfect for the kids. The air conditioning worked great and the wifi was solid all around the resort. Room service was decent, though the menu could use some more options. Everything felt clean and well-maintained, and the staff were really friendly every time we passed by. A couple of minor issues with some amenities, but overall, no real complaints!

We had a really great time here. The ocean view room was comfy with air conditioning, a minibar, and a balcony overlooking the beach. Breakfast at Takali was amazing, fresh juices and pastries. The lagoon pool was a hit for the kids, and the water park kept them entertained. Snorkeling right off the beach was a treat, tons of fish to see!

shangri-la is in a fantastic location with a lovely beach right outside. we loved the pool and the kids enjoyed the water park. the staff were so kind, making us feel at home after our excursions. the chi the spa village was unique and relaxing, a nice escape.

The dining experience at Shangri-La was a culinary delight! The beachside breakfast buffet was packed with fresh tropical flavors, and the local seafood at the restaurants left me craving more. The staff were always super friendly and made dining feel like a breeze. Plus, the pool area was literally a slice of paradise!

A few things I didn’t like here, the all-inclusive package can be a bit misleading—turns out it's a prepaid allowance, not truly all-inclusive. Also, I found the snorkeling off the hotel to be underwhelming compared to nearby reefs. Lastly, our room was ready way later than expected, 5pm cleaning is a bit much!
